1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MATCHS guide matching platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"User" means any individual who uses the Service. "Guide" means a certified user who offers tour guiding services through the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of unauthorized use or violation of these terms.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement between the Guide and the User. Each Guide sets their own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, harassment of other users, submission of false information, fraudulent payments, or any other conduct that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer

MATCHS provides reasonable support for disputes between Guides and Users but assumes no direct liability for issues arising from interactions between parties on the platform.

7. Privacy

The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
